As an associate Professor, Mr. Liu is a senior member of China Computer Federation (CCF) and famous writer on computer technology. He is the certified Borland Delphi product expert by Borland, U.S., as well as an invited Technical Expert by SUN China Technical Community. With over 10 years of software engineering practices and teaching experiences, Mr. Liu has already published 12 monographs on Computer Science, 4 textbooks, and translated 4 foreign monographs into Chinese.
