Customer satisfaction is extremely critical to a successful project from pre-sales through sales to post-sales. To ensure our clients¡¯ satisfaction towards our software outsourcing service, particularly the post-sale services after delivering our product in the long run, we provide guarantee from three basic aspects, which are guarantee of organizational-level infrastructure, guarantee of standards-based workflow, and guarantee of monitoring and feedback mechanism (tool) during the project operation. During the software project life cycle, Koncord's quality management system would operate by the three above guarantees to control the activities related with where the project functions, and thereby our software after-sale services.
